Psychological First Aid (PFA) Recertification
The Canadian Red Cross Psychological First Aid course takes a resiliency-building approach to emotional, psychological, and social well-being. This training helps individuals understand stress, loss, trauma, and grief while learning to care for themselves and others in times of crisis. Using the Look, Listen, Link, Live model and real-life, case-based learning, participants gain practical tools to manage stress, foster compassion, and create supportive environments at home, work, and in their communities.

- Duration: 45-90minutes online plus 8 hours as a group in-person
