Courses and Fees FAQs:
Course fees include the e-book/book, training materials, and instructor fees.
Course fees can be paid by credit card. If you don't have a credit card, you can pay in person when registering.
Participants who show up more than 25 minutes late will not be allowed into the course and will be considered a NO SHOW.
No, the full course fees will be charged to participants who do not show up on the course date (non-refundable).
All transfers/cancellations must be requested at least 5 business days before the course date for no charge. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for transfers/cancellations within 4 business days.
Yes, if you enroll within 8 business days of the course (excluding the course day), a $25 administrative fee will be charged.
If a course is canceled due to not meeting the minimum of 6 participants, you can choose to be transferred to the next course or receive a full refund.
Group Registration FAQs
At least 8 participants are required per group course at our office or on-site.
If the number of participants falls below the minimum of 8, the course fee for the minimum number will still be charged, unless canceled more than 7 days prior to the course start day.
Course roster reductions can be made for groups larger than the minimum number up to 3 days before the course start date without any cancellation penalty fees. Reductions made within 3 days will result in a charge of the full course fee, unless a doctor's note is provided.
Yes, a $250 deposit will be charged upon group enrollment. It will be non-refundable if the course is canceled within 7 days of the start date.
Refund and Return Policy FAQs
All refunds will be issued based on the original payment method
You can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, you can still return the order within 60 days for a Pacific First Aid Account Credit.
Yes, items listed within the COVID-19 category are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and sanitary concerns.
