Basic Life Support Course (BLS - Formerly HCP) Recertification
Renew your Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with our streamlined BLS Recertification course. This 2-hour refresher training is designed for currently certified healthcare providers who need to maintain their credentials and stay up to date with current BLS guidelines.
The course focuses on reviewing and practicing essential CPR, AED use, team response, and high-performance resuscitation skills. Participants will complete hands-on practice and competency evaluation to ensure they can respond confidently during cardiac and respiratory emergencies.
BLS Recertification Course Content
- Primary assessment review
- Adult CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use
- High-performance team CPR
- Airway obstruction management
- Assisted ventilations
- Basic Life Support special considerations
- Skills testing and competency evaluation
Course Duration
- Length: 2 hours

- Eligibility: Valid or recently expired BLS certification required
