Students will be notified by email from CCM when their certificate is ready for pickup at CCM Burnaby or Richmond office
Terms & Conditions
1. Course Policy

Classes will open with a minimum of 10 students.

Any schedule changes will be notified at least 5 business days in advance.

Full payment is required upon registration.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

| 28 days or more before class | Refundable – $15 administrative fee deducted |
| 1–27 days before class | Refundable – $25 administrative fee deducted Fee waived with valid medical proof (doctor’s note / prescription) |
| On the class date | Non-refundable – only considered for exceptional cases with medical proof (still subject to $25 fee) |
3. Class Transfer (Swap) Policy
