Attended my First Aid Instructor re-certification course on June 21, 2025. Total 8 students with instructor James. Lots of parking and good classroom layout. James conducted the course in a very friendly atmosphere inviting candidates to contribute their experience and opinions. All the first aid skills were taught and practice by students in turns. Time management was good and the course was finished within the scheduled time. Overall a five star course. Will sign up again in three years.

Excellent

"I thought the instructor was excellent. Kept me engaged the entire class and provided good feedback. Class went at a good pace."

Instructor was fine.

Course content seemed a little fragmented and looked like set-up could have been a little better (e.g., didn't have pens, stations were not set-up, tables and chairs were just getting ready, no outline of facility to begin, did not go over course agenda). Did not receive any Red Cross material aside from a single print-out.

I really enjoyed the program. This is my second renewal with you and will keep coming to you for as long as I continue teaching! It is an active, fun, pertinent program.

Thank you
