I had a great First Aid experience. The environment was comfortable and welcoming, which made learning easy. The instructor was amazing—friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. Aafreen explained everything in detail and used many examples and scenarios that made the course engaging and easy to understand.

Instructor Earnest Chin was very helpful and engaging. Course was as usual but Mr.Earnest made it interesting by adding his experience also past participants experience for our education.

Actually 4.5 stars but there is no way to show that! I thoroughly enjoyed the course and really appreciated the variety of learning methods. It wasn't just a sit down, listen and take notes kind of class. The interactivity and group collaborations were some of my favourite parts.
I know that the course will help me in the work I do as a facilitator for grief support. It was interesting to hear what people's thoughts were regarding grief in the speed-dating exercise.
A huge thank you to the facilitators for their knowledge and for keeping the day on track.

A good course it was a lot of information . As there were mainly Future ECE in the course would be nice to have had more emphasis on children the trainer did not seem knowledge about working in Childcare centres with young children.

However good training.

I was very happy with the instructor’ he was amazing . I just really think you reconsider your 75 percent grade to pass . I’ve been doing it with Karen for many years and I love the fact that she believed in the practice hands on for the whole course and not on a grade . That’s the only thing you guys should really reconsider and follow what Karen believed in . I know all the other people felt the same .
