2025 Year-End Reflections & Our Vision for 2026

As we close out another remarkable year, I want to take a moment to reflect on Pacific First Aid’s journey — not just as a company, but as a community of people committed to learning, helping, and making a difference.

2025 has been a transformative year for us. It’s been a year where we expanded our reach, strengthened our services, and deepened the ways we support safety across BC. And none of this would have been possible without the individuals, families, organizations, and schools who chose to learn with us, trust us, and grow with us.

Growing Reach & Expanding Access in 2025

One of the most significant shifts this year was the broadening of our training pathways. Alongside our core Red Cross–certified first aid courses, we invested heavily in flexible, accessible online learning. This expansion has allowed us to meet the needs of busy professionals, remote learners, and workplaces requiring compliance training on tight timelines.

These online offerings — WHMIS, TDG, safety compliance, and other specialty modules — gave numerous learners the ability to get certified on their own schedule. At the same time, our in-person and blended courses remained at the heart of what we do: high-quality, hands-on training that builds true confidence in real-world emergencies.

Our “safety superstore” also continued to thrive, supplying individuals and workplaces with the first aid kits, AEDs, and safety supplies they need to stay prepared beyond the classroom.

Deepening Community Impact

One of the greatest privileges of this year has been connecting with schools, youth programs, and community groups across the province. We strengthened our partnerships with school districts, provided CPR and AED training for staff and students, and supported youth safety programs like the Stay Safe! course.

These initiatives reminded us of something incredibly important: safety education is not just a certification. It’s an investment in community resilience.

Seeing young learners develop confidence, watching teams feel empowered, and hearing from parents who feel better equipped to care for their families — these moments fuel our mission.

Adapting to a Changing Safety Landscape

In 2025, workplaces, schools, and families faced evolving safety regulations, shifting schedules, and new preparedness needs. We made it a priority to adapt quickly — expanding blended learning, offering private group trainings, and diversifying our course catalogue to better reflect the realities of modern work and life.

This adaptability is now part of who we are. It ensures we remain a trusted resource no matter how safety requirements evolve in the years ahead.

A Personal Note of Thanks

From the bottom of my heart — thank you.

Thank you for showing up, for choosing to learn, for recommending us to family, friends and colleagues, and for allowing Pacific First Aid to be part of your safety journey.

Every learner who walked through our doors or logged into our online courses contributed to something bigger than certification: you helped build a safer, more prepared, more confident community.

Your trust is the reason we continue to grow, innovate, and dream bigger each year.

Looking Ahead: Our Vision for 2026

As we step into 2026, we’re carrying forward the momentum of this past year with a renewed commitment to accessibility, impact, and community safety. Our goals include:

1. Expanding Our Training Footprint Across BC

We plan to bring more mobile and satellite training opportunities into communities that need greater access — including schools, remote regions, and workplaces seeking on-site solutions.

2. Strengthening School Safety Support

With new AED and emergency-response requirements across BC schools, we’re preparing to deepen our partnerships through maintenance programs, student workshops, and educator training.

3. Growing Our Online Learning Ecosystem

This includes new digital courses, better learning pathways, and expanded specialty safety programs for emerging industries.

4. Building Community-Led Preparedness Programs

We want to make first aid education more accessible to families, seniors, caregivers, youth, and newcomers — ensuring everyone has access to life-saving knowledge. We offer workshops in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

5. Continuing to Evolve Our Safety Product Line

From advanced first aid kits to workplace safety solutions, we’ll keep expanding our store to match the unique needs of BC’s diverse communities.

Closing Thoughts

2025 has been a year of growth — but 2026 will be a year of deepened purpose.

Thank you for being part of our journey, and thank you for letting us be part of yours.
Here’s to another year of learning, preparedness, safety, and community.

Warmest wishes,
Bryan Wong
