• All rentals require a $400 deposit per Wheelchair, along with a credit card imprint and government-issued photo ID at pickup.
• Wheelchairs must be returned clean, decontaminated, and free of damage by the agreed-upon return date. Late returns will incur additional daily rental charges.
• Rental fees include a daily rate, plus charges based on the consumable supplies used from the kit.
