Course Formats

Full Course

  • Duration: 1 day (8 hours in-person)
  • Beginner-friendly
  • Traditional classroom experience
  • Interactive theory with games and group activities
  • Ideal for learners who prefer structured, immersive training

Blended Learning

  • Duration: 4 hours online + 5.5 hours in-person
  • Online portion must be completed before the in-person session
  • Online theory at your own pace
  • Shorter in-person session for practice
  • Ideal for busy schedules or reduced classroom time

Recertification

  • Prerequisite: Valid Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid with CPR & AED certification
  • Duration: 4 hours online + 5.5 hours in-person
  • Note: WorkSafeBC requires retaking the full course (short recertification not allowed). Discounted rates available – please contact us to register.
