With the announcement of the temporary GST/HST exemption, the PFA team has compiled the questions we get asked most often, along with our answers.*

What is "GST/HST exemption"?

The Government of Canada is imposing a tax break on essential items, including First Aid products and kits. 

What does this mean for you?

This means that you don't have to pay GST/HST on essentials during this exemption period.

When is the GST/HST exemption period?

This tax break starts from December 14, 2024 and is projected to last until February 15, 2025. 

What does this really mean for you?

This actually means that you automatically get an EXTRA 5% discount in addition to the low prices and sales that Pacific First Aid is able to offer.
