If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Need more time to decide? Don’t worry. If after 30 days, you are still not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse up to 60 days from purchase and we will gladly exchange it for a Pacific First Aid Account Credit equal to the original purchase price.
With Pacific First Aid 60-day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process (via My Account). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Once your return is received and inspected by our Team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. If a return is outside the initial 30 day return period, a Pacific First Aid Account Credit will be issued via in exchange for the return product. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
